Prologue I

. . . . . from the desk of the curator

It is very important for all to know that whatever is documented here by the Curator
is a first person record, live reporting in the first person with no secondary sources at
all.

The Curator in this open public platform does not support any political thought,
party or political activity at all and maintains a healthy distance to avoid any
contamination.

The Curator receives no financial package or remuneration for his/her work
contribution in ASJ regardless of the time necessary to keep the institution effective
and functional.

ASJ under oath does not interfere with individual belief and or faith. Our code of
conduct is to extend help and supportive services to the most vulnerable segments of
society without debate, arguments or altering of political, religious, belief or
compulsions – our work limits our involvement to the cause of the malaise and its
elimination in a cost effective manner.

77 years of India’s independence have gone by and we have 81 crore (810 million)
people drawing free rations as an example of good governance.

What we badly need are original ideas developed to solve specific challenges evolving
from the affected people of the area. Imported models. foreign concepts and carried
forward second party reporting will never work. One size suits all does not work
Development programmes have been thrust upon protesting local populations of
educated, technically competent individuals to satisfy whom?

What does not interest the world, what does not concern the world and yet we
include people to keep face, to conform – Why?

Very knowledgeable experienced educated authorities in the age group 30 to 50
conclude on decisions relating to senior citizens to shock and awe by grandiose
planning, data and statistics but without any exposure to lives of people above 50
with a medical, other chronic problems and or, disability.

The golden rule that we follow “DO NOT TALK” no matter what the provocation –
just ignore all debating endeavours reminding yourself, “talking to a fool only
proves there are two.”
