India Cheated Its Women Part 1

AJS = Talking of the Rights and Entitlements of Women

The Unsavory Truth – Wither to
From Paper Laws . . . .

i quote the few opening paragraphs on our website to reassure our
supporters that we have no intention of turning back on what we think or
say and so, we need to jog our memories.
“ASJ has been established for you

ASJ services are not free – they are cost effective, need-based and negotiated.
The foundations of ASJ are laid in uncompromising Uprightness –
Truthfulness – Integrity ensuring that every citizen of this country is
seen, heard and fully represented.

Occasional errors happen in a world driven to insanity in the acquisition of
material wealth communicated in a virtual environment, but we are sensitive and
quick to correct the deviation.

ASJ does not work to over-awe with big ideas, big achievements and expenditure
that defies logic with incomputable sums of money – our target beneficiaries
comprehend, compute, account for and, manage our initiatives”.

ASJ has very clear priorities and how or what we think of our women and what it
translates to in real life, is and has always been of serious concern to us.
We are committed to the bare truth stripped off of fancy words to deceive –
document the bare truth that is not spoken anywhere and in fact, never, in the halls
of justice where it matters the most.

We have enough over educated women and men educated to argue, to over awe, to
muddy the already muddied waters not by chance, but by choice.
ASJ has no intention of looking good and acceptable – we will present
the facts as they are regardless of how the world sees us.

The Election Process

The Election Process has debased, ruined the entire nation stripping it of its
character, inherent nobility and quality and the women have suffered the most. Do
our noble enlightened lawmakers believe, the entire problem that this country faces
will be wiped out by doling out cash of Rs.2500 as a bribe to every woman or man for
securing votes?

What images shadow our think tanks?
The on-going single activity of conducting free and fair elections over the past 11
years is a reflection of the interests and objectives of our law makers and the great
institutions established for the preservation of our democratic ideology. Stripped of
all its dignity and reduced to offering bribes in a mad drive to secure votes paves the
path to personal glory and acquisitions. period

Misogyny – The Malaise that has ruined us
Misogyny, more a medical and psychological problem, problem of mental
behaviour and illness stands totally ignored and in fact praised and supported all
over the country to secure benefits for a crazed, power hungry, ego driven feudal
patriarchal social structure of poorly educated men, forced upon society by
perpetrating violence, rape of infants and the girl child of a criminal psychotic mob-
rule to create an atmosphere of terror through sheer violence that a civilised man
abhors.

This situation has another repercussion. Education is no longer valued or required.
Perpetration of crime by professional criminal war-lords is a vast industry worldwide
that benefits all – the underground empire is now legitimate and provides better
wages than any honest income sources.

How else can you explain the vast army of educated men and women in non-paying,
under paying jobs and begging for a dole, social security – stripped of all dignity.
Every woman has now accepted that at the drop of a pin she will have to oblige every
male (from the age of 6 and above) with sexual favours which is his birth right he has
learned from his father and other male members. The girl child has no right to refuse
because her body is not her own. Suicide remains her only way out after surrendering
to bestiality. This deprivation every ‘girl child knows and practices freely,
diligently’
. Do our Indian law makers or members of the law enforcement
establishment understand the purpose of their professional lives?

Even after centuries, nothing has changed. Bhanwari Devi – is an acceptable, oft
repeated story for glorification of the Indian lawmakers, of never having taken any
action ever. Toothless and impotent laws lacking definition, lacking clarity, open to
unending arguments and a return to the debating table. We never sought justice – we
sought to ‘let time pass’ a deathly silence will prevail.
